Salem Subdivision Construction

AIC’s client acquired an entire subdivision of building lots during the 2008 market turn-down and began building new spec homes in small blocks. AIC was able to finance blocks of homes in groups of four to eight at a time. AIC works with clients all over Oregon to build spec homes in subdivisions. AIC looks at each home individually and will carefully help craft a solution for you to build several homes at once.

With all construction loans AIC will require a line-item budget to complete the home, a CMA to show the finished value, and a copy of the construction plans. All construction funds are held in a reserve account to be released as work is completed and draw-requests are submitted to AIC.
