Gresham Semi-Complete Construction
During the last economic meltdown, this client acquired 31 lots from a bank through a foreclosure sale. After sitting on the lots for several years, the client started construction of all 31 townhome units. We were contacted to complete the construction of the nine units that were the furthest along and to provide funding to complete the remaining 22 units. Four units were nearly complete when AIC received the loan request and the other five were just weeks behind the first four. AIC was able to fund the construction loansfor all nine of these semi-complete units. This is another example of our quick turnaround time to help a client complete a project.
