Located in midtown Bend, this completely remodeled home on an oversized lot, received multiple offers immediately upon listing. AIC’s client set out to create a rustic yet modern home to appeal to the PNW lifestyle.
With all remodeling loans AIC will require a line item budget to complete the repairs along with a CMA to show the finished value. All renovation funds are held in a reserve account to be released as work is completed and draws are submitted to AIC.
