Our client had owned this property for a number of years before executing a development loan through AIC. Our client had completed all engineering and planning and came to AIC with permits in hand to complete the horizontal infrastructure of this gorgeous 9 acre development. With 6 acres of nature preserve surrounding the 12 lots, this subdivision was a hit. AIC was able to then provide the funds to complete site improvements and infrastructure for 12 residential lots which could then be sold individually. Many of the lots had reservations immediately after closing.
