Loan Originator – NMLS No. 279167
Born and raised an Oregonian, Mike graduated from Oregon State University and immediately began his real estate career working at a title company. Shortly thereafter he became a licensed Realtor and realized the need for creative financing. In 1980 Mike branched out and began originating private-money loans. The creativity and common-sense aspect of the business piqued his interest. Mike and his friend, Marty Hall, moved to Eugene in 1984 and founded AIC. Over the years AIC has evolved, but the values of the company and common-sense-based approach have not changed. In his free time you can often find Mike enjoying the sunshine playing golf.

Austin grew up in the Portland suburb of West Linn and remembers always being fascinated with real estate and architecture. He graduated cum laude from Portland State University with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Austin and two other partners formed a private-money brokerage in 2004 specializing in multifamily, commercial properties and small residential subdivisions. In 2010 Austin joined the partnership with Mike and Marty at AIC. When out of the office, he loves weekend trips exploring Oregon with his wife and friends. He enjoys virtually all outdoor activities. You will likely find him skiing or snowshoeing in the winter or enjoying the Willamette River surfing and wakeboarding during the summer. Go easy, as Marty would say.
Amy was born and raised in Roseburg but now calls Eugene home. Amy graduated from University of Oregon and has been with AIC since 1996. She enjoys spending time with her two awesome kids. In her spare time you will likely find her in her wood shop making incredible furniture and home décor from reclaimed barn wood. You can find her handmade furniture and designs at Vintage Industries in Springfield.
Ciarra is a true Oregon native. She was born and raised in Bend and decided to move to Eugene to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oregon. Since she was young, Ciarra’s love for helping others has become a huge inspiration to her. She hopes to one day open a wellness center, where she can spend her free time helping others understand and improve their bodies. When she is not working at AIC, she can often be found in the gym or outside. She enjoys weightlifting, rock-climbing, hiking, and making sure her five dogs, (yes, we said five!) get enough exercise. She is an aspiring bee-keeper and has quite the green thumb.
Honorary AIC member – Marty Hall
Marty and Mike started AIC in 1984. Although you will not find Marty in the office much these days, his impact on AIC remains strong. As a systems-oriented guy, Marty knew that to provide consistent and excellent results, AIC needed a system in place. Marty hand-crafted AIC’s original Microsoft Access database in the early 1990s and subsequently worked with Austin to merge the database into an SQL platform that AIC utilizes presently. Marty is enjoys songwriting, long walks, working to help foster children and a good book.
