• 60% or lower loan-to-value ratio, but we are willing to listen to your proposal
• Two-year or shorter term
• 12% monthly interest-only payments
• Generally five points to AIC, and we expect you to charge 1 to 3 points more
• No prepayment penalty
  

AIC requires first lien position. In special circumstances, however, we may take a second-lien position as additional security to make the proposed loan work.
