Two Lakes Subdivision

Two Lakes Subdivision consists of a total of 13 lots averaging over one-half acre each, four of which are offered here. All the offered lots are septic-system approved, with the exception of one, for which a new application needs to be made to accomodate the location of a nearby well. We obtained a very comprehensive hydrological evaluation of the property, and the report indicates that there is plenty of potable water in the aquifer.
